Looking to hire a sling or carrier? You’ve come to the right place. Please read the below before placing a reservation.
THE SLING LIBRARY HAS MOVED TO PENGE. If you’re a returning customer please note that as well as the new location, some of the processes around collecting or returning your hire have also changed.
For help choosing, fitting, or learning how to use the sling / carrier you’re hiring, book time in with our babywearing consultant here.
If you just want to hire, without additional support:
- Click here to create an account.
- Once you’re logged in, click Payment Method to save your card details. You need to have a credit or debit card registered to your account before you can place a reservation or hire.*
- Find and reserve one of the available carriers in our inventory. You can place a reservation up to a week in advance. We’ll email you an invoice. Please pay this to confirm your reservation.
- Email to arrange collection at a mutually convenient time during our listed hours. If you need to collect or return outside these hours, get in touch anyway and we’ll see what we can do!
Sometimes our emails get stuck in spam filters, so please check your junk filter, and add info@southlondonslings.co.uk to your safe senders list, if you're waiting to hear from us.
* Don’t worry, we don’t have access to your credit/debit card details. Instead they’re held securely by Stripe, our payment processor, in lieu of a deposit. Your card will not be charged without your consent unless your hire is returned late or is not returned, and you have not responded to us contacting you. Please see our T&C for more info.
